Paris Texas offers a sophisticated return process, allowing customers to return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All products must be returned in their original packaging with security tags intact to ensure a seamless refund experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring all protective dust bags and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous tracking stickers.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your parcel at the designated courier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our atelier has inspected and processed your return.
